Misrepresentation of affiliation with The 3-D Foundation or misuse of our content and materials will result in immediate disqualification from participation and may result in legal action.
The 3-D Foundation is fiscally sponsored by United Charitable. United Charitable retains exclusive legal control of all assets contributed.
Donation Disclosure
The 3-D Foundation is a Donor Advised Fund under Athletes Charitable, a division of United Charitable, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 20-4286082). In accordance with IRS regulations, your contribution is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. United Charitable has exclusive legal control over all assets contributed.
